Home away from Home Montessori Preschool , we have added a few classes that we thought would be beneficial to your child's learning environment. The classes that we now offer are Monday Yoga class, Tuesday Yoga class,Wednesday French class, Thursday Spanish & Music class,Friday Sign Language class & Ballet or Tumbling.
ABOUT US
Home away from Home Montessori Preschool is an early preparation for life. We are passionate about education through practical learning. We find it a privilege to help a child reach their full potential. We provide quality educational services to families in the surrounding Marietta, Georgia community.
Services available:
Half day program (8:00am - 12:00pm)
Full day program (8:00am - 3:30pm )
Extended hours (6:30am - 8:00am )
Workshop classes (4:00pm - 6:00pm )
Saturday workshop classes (8:00am to 4:00pm)
We educate and care for children from 2 years to 11 years old. We provide various workshop classes such as yoga,ballet,tumbling,and music from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
(All classes are 45 minutes long)
Home away from Home Montessori Preschool has a strong curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for children. We understand how children learn,therefore we endeavor to instill values,respect and the attitude needed to achieve a strong academic foundation which will prepare them for life.The staff at Home away from Home Montessori Preschool believes that collaboration between the educators,parents,administors,and the community will help the students receive a quality education.

I would like to thank you for visiting my website.You have a opportunity to get to know my passion for children.I have over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. I am also a mother of two children,my husband and I believes in putting God first, also raising our children to be independent thinkers,integrity keepers,and kind. My passion for teaching children has been a seed growing in my heart for many years.In 1994,I attended Norfolk State University,for early childhood development. In 2002, I opened up my first childcare center in Brooklyn NY (San-dee's Daycare). In 2013, I relocated my childcare program to Marietta, Ga. In 2014,I attended a class at Kennesaw State University ,that's when I was introduced to the Montessori method, which was one of the most engaging experiences of my career. In 2015, my husband and I opened up a Montessori School in Marietta Georgia. This Montessori School, gave us an opportunity to build a foundation for your child’s skills,knowledge and create a promising future for your family. I am excited to spend time showing you how our Montessori School exemplifies the way we work to ensure every child has an equal opportunity to succeed.
